Ordering & Shipping Information

  • We process your order within 24 hours, and dispatch it through reputed courier services only who have tracking facility. We ship on all days (except Sundays & public holidays).
  • There are no hidden charges other then total cost mentioned in the final invoice.. All products shipped by www.kidzmart.in is inclusive all types of taxes.
  • The delivery of your order For Metro and Capital Cities would take between 1-4 days business days (excluding Sunday and National Holidays) to be delivered anywhere in India. If it is a remote location then more time may also be taken.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us at admin@kidzmart.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Once we ship your item, we send a mail and a sms  with the tracking code which you can use to track your shipment. You can also visit our website and log into your account to know status of your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • We charge a nominal charge of INR 75 for COD orders.
  • Minumum amount for COD order should be Rs.399 & maximum amount to be Rs. 3000.
  • If by due diligence, we find that a user is misusing the COD service, we might disable the user’s id or charge a processing fee.
  • We serve around 9000 pin codes in India for COD orders. It does include all state capitals, metro cities and many other cities. However, for a complete list of weather your city is served or not, please check COD availability on the product page.

Shipping FAQs

Question: Can I track my order status online at kidzmart.in?

Answer: Yes you can, once we ship your item, we send an Email communication with the Tracking code which you can use to track your shipment. You can also visit our website and log into your account to know status of your order. You would be required to provide your Order number and Email ID used at the time of ordering.

Question: Which courier partner has kidzmart.in partnered with for order delivery in India?

Answer: We have partnered with all the leading courier companies who specialize in e-commerce and ensure smooth and quick delivery to your doorstep. Ship Rocket is our primary logistic partner.

Question: Do I need to pay extra for Delivery & Octroi Charges, etc?

Answer: We charge shipping according the region & the shipping charges will be calculated along with product invoice. In case of COD orders you are required to pay an extra Rs 75.

Question: Do you ship internationally, which countries?

Answer: Yes, we ship internationally, but courier charges would be borne by client on actual basis.
